Reactive power control in renewable rich power grids: A literature review

چکیده
Abstract Recently, there is vast progress in the integration of renewable energy generators (REGs) into power grid. The reactive power, which indeed a fundamental system factor being influenced highly by penetration levels. As consequence, this has paved way toward generation steady‐state voltage and dynamic/transient stability issues. Therefore, to provide sustainable dependable grid, it important maintain control adequate reserves. This study introduces comprehensive literature survey on “management renewable‐rich networks”. A total 75 research publications have been collected for study, concise summary each article offered. articles are categorized according types REGs used, type control, grid code consideration, controller device, implementation tools, type, load as well various support systems. In addition, examines advantages drawbacks existing models. performance recorded papers discussed. Ultimately, most critical challenges related management grids identified, along with some essential methodological suggestions electricity sector, regulators, scientists.
